As Polarising CEO, Nuno is responsible for the company’s strategy and for building partnerships and broader business relationships. Nuno founded Polarising in 2006 based on a strong technical background in EAI Consulting (SOA and BPM) and has been active in client projects ever since, growing the company to here it is today.
Nuno graduated in 1998 in Software Engineering in Lisbon and has been working within IT Consultancy ever since. He is a skilled IT Architect and has worked, developed and followed projects in more than 12 countries in Europe, Africa and South America.
In his spare time Nuno fulfils his passion for outdoors activities like kite-surf, snowboard and pretty much everything that includes his favourite nature elements: water, wind and snow.
Transversal communication pivot, Marisa Aleixo is the Head of HR at Polarising since 2012.
Taking on the HR role with a very professional attitude, Marisa’s main purpose is very clear: Keep constant communication amongst all the team members. Her department motto can be expressed as “We try our best to be as close as possible to our collaborators in order to identify their needs, expectations and understanding what fulfils them.”. Marisa is keen on working the cohesion and motivation of the team, always finding ways to get to know them better in a professional and fun work environment.
With a Degree in HR Management, Marisa worked in two Retail International Business Groups, in different fields of the HR Department. Before Polarising, she worked in a HR Consultancy company in the Recruitment & Talent Selection.
Henrique is Polarising’s CFO. He joined the company in the early beginning and has always been fully committed to it’s sustainable growth, supporting Polarising departments to be fully structured and organized. He ensures full compliance with legal regulations and escorts the team’s personal and professional development. His main responsibilities are providing administrative and financial support in logistics, general services and purchases. Moreover, his ability to negociate, focusing on the interests of both sides, generates various options before making a decision based on objective criteria. He is a great asset in achieving Polarising´s goals.
Henrique has a BsC in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, an Accountant certification by the professional organization OCC and over 10 years of professional experience in Financial and Human Resources.
